While we offer our composites in a factory finish, there are many applications that will be better to be field finished after installation. We offer our complete line of materials in an unfinished version. Typically these are parts that will be painted with the entire structure or individually once installed.
Unfinished GRG offers the flexibility of being installed into a drywall system or to be freestanding. Parts that are secured into place can be taped and mudded into the adjacent drywall work for a seamless appearance. For light coves or columns, a seamless installation is as easy as installing drywall even with a radius shape. Anytime you have a difficult condition such as a radius or highly detailed profile, cast GRG is a very cost effective solution. Paint finishing after the installation is the same as finishing drywall or plaster.
