For over 35 years glass fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) products have been employed in the North American construction market. While they provided many advantages over previous construction materials such as natural stone and GFRC, these heavy products provided many installation challenges such as tight tolerances and field finishing.
Cornicestone is a Class 1 fire rated product designed to meet today’s challenges such as budget constraints and tight delivery schedules. The cast-in stone finish can match existing stone or be custom cast to your specifications. The results speak for themselves with a finish that can be cast into shapes that would be cost prohibitive in natural stone. Architect can get the dramatic cut stone look they require at the cost of a false façade.
