DEC continues to develop an extensive inventory of standard molds for a variety of applications. These molds are common styles of columns, cornices, beams and domes, with other shapes added frequently. These standard shapes have been selected and cataloged to offer customers a significant savings by avoiding custom set-up charges. Since these are our most popular products, we can offer savings on projects without compromising the design intent.

Since custom tooling can often add significantly to project costs, we have developed ways to make the mold making process more efficient. We may offset custom tooling costs by using existing molds or by modifying those molds to accommodate your needs at a reduced cost. Additionally, if we are producing an OEM product for your company, we can offer mold cost amortization plans as well.
