More Details About Project This project was a high profile golf resort which required an appearance and feel of a heavily weathered or pitted cast stone, while at the same time still accomplishing a very high level of detail in the various decorative shapes. Many of the cornice profiles were very large and required a light weight material which the structure could support, but there was also a very high quantity of columns, door and window surrounds and various trim profiles which required the look and the feel of stone. This project was manufactured keeping all these issues and architectural intent in mind by producing all the large profiles which were out of reach in FRP and all the profiles and shapes that were within reach were produced in GFRCnext, while at the same time having an identical appearance.
