More Details About Project This project consisted of two separate fraternity houses which required large decorative columns, cornices, false shutters, dormers and trim. All of the previous fraternity houses were produced out of wood and are showing signs of severe weathering and deterioration. FRP was selected because of its ability to match the exact appearance of the originally specified materials while at the same time providing a much more superior durability which should last a lifetime. The FRP received a field painted finish to give the appearance of wood to match the other fraternity houses. The university was so pleased with the result that they contracted with us to complete a sorority house on the same campus.
