More Details About Project The architect's goals was to create an old style town center for a new development in a new small city outside of Dallas. They wanted to create a retail area surrounding the new city hall, but for it to appear as if it were an area that had been around for many years. The concept was to have the town hall at the center with the retails stores surrounding it in a old west storefront style. Each storefront would have to have its own unique look, but they needed to accomplish this at a reasonable cost. DEC worked with the architect to create six different cornice profiles and then by either stacking them or blocking the molds, we created a huge selection of variants to get a unique look on each store. By teaming with DEC in the design phase, we can creatively work cost effective solutions to accomplish everyone's goals.
